Unable to log into Paypal. Is it pretty much done?

I'm unable to log into my Paypal account. Could it be banned? Tried using some of the mentioned links in here to log in but no lock. When trying to log into my Papyal it says "Sorry, we can't log you in. If you think there is a problem with your account, contact us and we'll help resolve it."

Purchased this eBay and Paypal account a year ago and ran without issues. Maybe they've finally caught up?

was it a new account? how long have you been using it? how much money were there?

Somethin leaked most likely..

Usually you get that message when PayPal doesn't like what you're doing.. deleted browser cookies, bad IP for example.
