Depends how long you need to use your paypal account, for occasional use, you'd probably be better with some clean rental proxy which runs under $5-6/month but if you do use your stealth account all the time, the best way would be dedicated VPN like people mentioned above..

I think using a VPN is a bit much. Dedicated 4g proxies would be better in my opinion.

You can get dedicated proxies and portable chrome, and manage each account with a chrome profile + proxy.

Why portable browser ? In use VPN, VMware and google chrome

I simply use multiple user account as traditionally prescribed by the stealth guide and have multiple IPburger VPN.
