I use a different name for a mailing address on a credit card linked to my Paypal. They are asking for documents related to this.

Yes I have a problem with it.. They need a document yo verify address - I already provided them - the whole procedure is very slow! I finally sent them ID card back and front and printed bank statement. I think it's better to send a photos instead of PDF files for verification.
