possible linking

Hello everyone! So I created a Paypal account and havent linked it to ebay or anything. Now the ebay account is suspended (I'm not sure why but apparently I did something that converts my account into selling account, ebay rep did not tell me why), can I change the email address on the paypal account and use it for a new ebay account?

Yes, since you have not linked it to any ebay yet, i believe this should work

I would assume that if you used the same email account for both and you have verified the email on the PayPal account... they are linked.

It might be not a "strong" link but a link is there.

I would start fresh with a new pair.

Is there any specific reason why you want to keep that paypal account?
