Planning to get 10 accounts (ebay+paypal)

Can i use my mobile as a proxy and switch IP every time i log in into a different account. I know if i get 3 4 sales on different accounts every day I will need to log in into multiple accounts every day.

Can I use my mobile IP here?

I personally use IPBurger myself.
It gives me peace of mind to know that I have a Dedicated IP for that particular account wherever I go.

Are there any benefits if I open US/UK accounts instead of Romania?

I am going to sell digital items via a download link. There is a guy from the USA that sells exactly what I want to sell from 12 different accounts. IF it works for him, it can also work for me.

I want to create romanian accounts as i have mobile numbers here and I can easily verify accounts.

Should i use datacenter or a mobile sim's different random subnets.
Basically change the ip adress every time i log into a different account.

How many accounts with 1 sim phone. Can I use 5 account or even 10. The mobile career is large and they probably have thousands of different subnets
