I just had to do a phone verification as part of the PP limitation resolution process. That phone that was registered was disconnceted months before the account was created, but can you believe they let me change the reg'd #?
If you ever have to call them and they verify via caller ID, just get a spoof card, Google it.
I know, just wanted to point out the irony of making you verify something and then letting you change it. Wouldn't it be great if EB and PP let us amend ALL of our info like that?
