New to stealth paypal

Hello, my 2 years old paypal got permanently limited and now I can't accept money.

I wanna get stealth paypal account where I can accept money (I sell few things on some forums). I'm completely new to these vccs and everything, so I would like to ask you guys what you recommend me to do. I just wanna accept money and than I will exchange it to bitcoin or ethereum. Please suggest me what to do so I can accept money.

There are both account sellers and bitcoin exchangers on this forum. Go in marketplace section and message them pm. But you also need to get some knowledge about how to use stealth.
