Best VCC for PayPal UK

Are there any vccs for people outside of EU and uk to manage uk accounts? I try to create an icard account, but it seems only for EU citizens.

So far Revolut works fine. PP doesnt see name, address or full postcode. Created 3 accounts recently and so far only thing they check is front part of postcode xx111??. Last 2 letters didnt matte as long as billing address front of postcode match. Not sure is it paypal specific or revolut specific but it lets me have many accounts without reveling any personal i formation in minutes with no hassle.

Can you add a credit card with your genuine details to a stealth account ? Will PayPal see the name on the card account?

PayPal DON"T see the name. You can use any credit card with any name in any PayPal account. Just make sure your account made on good IP and stealth measures.

Paypal can't see the name for iCard and Revolut unless you give it to them. Therefore, you can use them under your stealth name of the account

Sorry for the silly question, but just for clarity; I can make a Revolut account in my own name, and address, and add the VCC on the Revolut to my Paypal in a stealth name/address?

It will confirm the PayPal after its been verified. Only a bank account will verify a Paypal

If you really want a MasterCard with 3 year htough then have a look in Sainsburys for Vanilla cards

Lots of others about beside that card, but that is the easiest one to get hold of.

No, Entropay does not exist anymore, it used to work really well with PayPal.

What about the VCC registered address, I believe icard and revolut VCC are registered to the owner address, so what happens when you add these VCC to stealth PP UK, Would not it cause issues/flagged up account?
