Sounds like you have to give paypal a call and start asking questions. Your account that was once limited is probably closed now and you have to wait for 180 days for your money to be refunded either by check in the mail or transferred to your bank. Hope you still have access to the bank account and paypal address that was on file.
The 180 days waiting period is from the time they locked your account.
or it might be someone trying to access your account fraudulently and they locked the account for security purposes. You won't know until you contact paypal for the real reason if they give it to you.
well the account was limited 8 months ago, so I was trying to get in bc I forgot if I have money in there or not.. And if so I can get it out now ... I sent them a message , so we shall see ... Ive never heard of an account being "locked"
'Locked' paypal accounts has been happening for several months. Much depends on the actual reason for the limitation. Some accounts have been reported as 'locked' permanently with no access to funds. Until you contact paypal, it will be difficult to give fuller info.
