Anyone here ever write a legal letter to paypal?

PayPal just drained my entire account. I never had this problem before they just released my funds. Now i get error messages every single time i try to withdraw no matter what i do and before i could withdraw it paypal drained my entire account and stole everything.

I just want to get my money out and never use paypal again. I took legal classes in high school at a vocational program and in college so i think i can write up a quick letter or something but how do i actually mail it to them? People say that you have to mail it to their legal department but what about a return address? Like using a return address on your legal letter to come back to your house? Dont they just ignore it or know its not an actual legal document since its a letter from your address on your account?

I just wanna try writing legal letters to paypal trying to get my money released back to me

I don't know if anyone has ever tried as I suspect PayPal has as many lawyers as a tobacco company, therefore would never be intimidated.
Just my guess.

From what I read it’s not worth it to them to fight a legal battle over a few grand. One thing I’m worried about is it says they can fine you 2500 dollars PER VIOLATION. does that mean they can counter sue you for like $500,000 dollars? This is so ****ed.... a billion dollar company stealing my 3k over little 15 and 30 dollar payments I took a year ago.
