Hi guys
Anyone with stealth accounts trying to make a big purchase (£3.5k) getting the infamous "We are not able to process payment using PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant" ?
I have called Paypal who said that it's just a risk assessment and to try again in 48 hours. I waited 48 hours, no joy, and am now waiting another 48 hours.
Anyone had this before?
My stealth is 18 months old with about 1k worth of transactions in and now a bank account (have yet to try with a bank account now added).
Keen to see if people have had this.
