Yes, most of us have had no issues creating and using the accounts.

Maybe if you actually share more in detail how you made it and what you did with it, we can pick it apart and point to the issue.

The paranoia and fear mongering needs to stop. Stealth isnt over. The guide actually does show the most important steps to creating an account. Common sense fills in the gaps sometimes. List your steps and I'm sure people will chime in. What type of setup are you using, what is the ip source, what is the phone number source. What are you listing. Etc. Usually a second suspension is brought on by one particular things, depending how long after the first reinstatement happened. Give us details and people can further help.

I could creat high limit account very easily

Use these accounts with me is no question in the past

It was 3 days for me before I list new listing on these accounts

And I'm using VPS for it

I may try to take more time to age these accounts and see what'll happen next

nope its your vps, you can age it as long as you want youll have issues. Just because something worked a few months ago doesnt mean it works today.

I believe that... I've heard of people saying that an eb ay rep has told them that they were using a vbs and the eb ay rep could see which company they were using. I don't know how accurate that is.
