Paypal limits

If you were to start a new paypal account with no transaction history but you have it is verified with a VBA,VCC and SSN the account is based in the usa. If I started selling on a website that is not ebay what price and quantity of products should I sell so that I wont get limits or holds. The website doesn't process payments but deals directly with sellers. Any advice would be nice. I would also like to know where I could get a Residential IP from Jacksonville Florida.

It is very random. I recently opened 2 UK paypals and both got limited after 2 transactions (each transaction was between 15-20 GBP). One of them is restored already.

In Novemeber I opened a paypal and recived from the first day around 1.000 GBP for the full december. It got limited mid january (and did not get restored)

I think it is beter if they limit you quicker because it will decrease the chance of getting limited again, and the chance is way higher that they will restore it if you do not have many transacton

so is there a specific amount of money you can transact without being limited or its just by chance? and does being verified and using a good ip help in any way
