personal paypal account for payments

Hi folks
can i use a personal paypal US account with only VCC to accepte payments from ebay, because i can't find any way to get a VBA for non us residents
any advice will be appreciated

how are you going to send/spend or transfer money from your US Paypal account?
With a US Paypal account,you need a SSN to spend or send money,else your only option would be transferred to a US bank account

No you can't. Agent is correct. US Paypals are useless unless you're an American citizen with access to real American bank accounts.

VBA's aren't even relevant anymore. VBA's were used prior to 2018 for "verifying" US accounts, but that's not a thing anymore. In 2020 you either SSN verify your US Paypal account, or withdraw 100% of funds received to a real US bank account.
