Question Getting paid via Paypal

I will get paid around 2-3k by a site which uses paypal as a cashout option.
My plan is to link a EMI bank account to it and always move the money from paypal to the bank account. Does paypal cause trouble if I do this (every month)?
My plan B would be to open multiple EMI bank accounts (different providers) and link them to 2-3 stealth paypals, so I have less amounts to handle per paypal.
The problem is, that the name of the bank account holder will always be the same (but it will be different bank account providers) and I want to link each to one paypal account.
So for example I would have 3 stealth paypal accounts with a bank account linked to each paypal. Since I guess I cant use one bank account to link with multiple paypals (correct me if thats wrong), I would open 3 bank accounts (3 different providers) but all on the same name and link one to every paypal accounts. Is that possible or will paypal recognize it?

you are correct-you can only link the bank account to one Paypal account .
you said you will open 3 bank accounts using the same name with 3 different banks, will the name match your Paypal account?

Electric Money Institution. They are not a "real" bank, they use a banking licence of other "real" banks.

No, that's the point...
The name will be the same on every bank account, so it only matches on 1 of 3 paypal accounts. The other paypal accounts will have other names.

But this is just plan B, do you think I could use just one paypal account?

No, I move more than 10k/month in some paypal accounts, it is fine.

Paypal doesn't get much information from the banks but I don't see the point of going through all this hassle for 2-3k.
