Just ACC and Routing or address change too?

I am setting up an account for a client. When setting up a new paypal I know that paypal doesnt link names but account numbers.

What about the address linked to the bank account. My thought would be that, that shouldnt matter i cant imagine if paypal doesnt give ebay the account holders name let alone the account holders address...

YOur bank wouldn't share your address on file with PP.

Making an account for your client, specially when you're new to the game seems a little risky, no?
