sending invoices questions

i just sold my first item and I have a problem.

I can't seem to find the buyers email address to send the invoice.
also, should I send the invoice thru ccnow?
or thru the ebay acct gmail?

the ccnow acct is a different email acct than the ebay acct.(s)

I guess my main problem is finding the buyers email address. If i could find that, then I could send them a message thru ebay's 'contact buyer' with a link to the invoice also.

help please.

you missed one important step to find out the buyers email address.
once you have clicked 'send invoice', you have to click 'preview invoice' to get the email address.

this will take some fine tuning for sure. hopefully I'll get it down pretty soon.

That is the complicated way to do it. Just look at the eBay Sold Item copy they will send to your e-mail address and it has the buyers information in it, this has been discussed also in about four threads.

so the decoy merchant account is required as illustrated in the work-around by ebaylovehate? Anyone know the recent info on this issue. I am wanting to use CCNOW and am going to be setting this up soon. I cant believe they can monopolize online auctions like this. This is like fascism!

It doesn't matter. Just put in your listing at the top highlighted you accept all payments through CCNOW including paypal and credit card and that is it. Your listings will not be removed and that is all you have to do.

Are you serious eBay is okay with that? I tried asking in eBay answer center about CCNOW. My post was removed by a moderator without giving a reason.

Yep- just as simple as that but I just say that payments will be processed through my merchant acct and its never failed except all the stupid buyers that pay with paypal regardless

You can use pre 11/07 accts and you dont have to fax docs to use ccnow.
