Select ISP (stick to the same ISP) instead of location, use sticky IPs.
This has been tested to work well by many already.

Yes it seems that account was a one off I set up a few more and it worked perfectly so far.. if it does indeed continue to work it will be the best money I’ve spent over the last 2 years.

Do what I mentioned above for the best success.
Stick with ISP ONLY, not location. Location is better for other usages not associated with accounts.

Just purchased. Curious for a business PP stealth account that I use location to same area as stealth details (Location Wisconsin, Stealth Details wisconsin) or just do ISP and sticky for Paypal Stealth accounts. Thanks. Also had problems setting up and I thought there was supposed to be 24/7 human support, not tickets or did I misread. And best for static not rotating?
Thanks

I know I can use IP Burgers help desk for this answer but thought I’d ask in here in case it helps others :
So let’s say I have 3 user/stealth accounts on my Mac and the IP Burger chrome extension has been set up for each one. I fire up stealth 1 and the IP Burger extension is loaded as soon as I open a chrome browser - do I need to mess around with any settings to when I first set it up ?.
When I log out of user account 1 to log into user account 2 on my Mac to access stealth account 2 when I fire up IP Burger extension on chrome will it give me a brand new Residential IP automatically or will it still have the same IP / settings as user account one because I’m inside the 30 minutes static period ? How do I make sure each user account I log into is showing a new Residential IP without messing with settings all the time?
Can this be used easier with Firefox portable ?

Thanks | You don't need to match the location. It is definitely fine.
Just go with the sticky session option, then you're good to go
Also, what problems did you have when setting up?

Thanks | When it comes to account management.
Always ISP + Sticky.
Location and rotating is meant for other things such as SEO bots, Shoe bots, etc.
We're tickets right now but will be expanding to chat support in coming weeks.

Regarding your second question, we use session IDs. You will want to make sure your session ID is unique per user. This is automatically unique if you purchase higher level plans with sub users. Otherwise you can set this up manually. Open a ticket if you need help with this.
I'm not sure about Firefox portable; I use Firefox profiles personally.

Thank you | I'm not sure about that, however you can configure proxy settings in your iPhone which is just as easy.
Supported protocols are: HTTP & HTTPS
Open a ticket if you need further clarifications
We're still working on our guides now and will have details out soon.

Thank you | Yes, you can just configure the ovpn configuration file.
And use TCP protocol (instead of the UDP), and set the IP you wanted to connect. And you can also save the username and password in a notepad, in order for it not to promt the log-in credentials in every time you connect.

Does it matter if I pick an ISP provider or just keep with "no selection" for Residential Proxy. Also when trying to access Paypal via the residential, ISP + sticky option I get this error: This site can’t be reachedThe webpage at https://paypal.com/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED
I can access every other site...ebay...etc. Just not Paypal. When I go to dedicated fresh site chrome user or no protection paypal works fine. Any thoughts?

Still finding the residential proxies a bit buggy but support is helping daily. Good support team. Before I really use to access my stealth accounts I will make sure its tuned for me. Thanks!

The nature of Residential IPs is that it's not as fast as Fresh IPs or as stable.
There will always be some issues with it but the trade off is access to millions of residential IPs anywhere in the world.
If you can work through those buggy times (just not as smooth functioning) or lack of speed at times, than it is great. Otherwise Fresh IPs are very fast and stable alternative (though it lacks flexibility).
There are pros and cons to both as you see.
I will be the first to say don't expect residential IPs to be as fast or stable as Fresh IPs. One is made for speed and stability (fresh), the other is made for flexibility and convenience (residential).

Your support is great but I cannot use the service with kbps service and inconsistencies. Willing to stick around a bit as my stealth account is not major but paying alot monthly for inconsistent connections, problems with ISP changing (event though I pick a certain ISP) and sometimes not connecting at all. I have stealth account because of issues in the past and looking for a way to prevent in future. But having a hard time here. I have USA + ISP + sticky and I have been all over the world with diff ISPs and such. Can only image my stealth account would get shut down yet.

Residential IPs is overkill for you, it's a powerful solution when you just need a simple solution.

Been using the residential IP service in USA (75$ a month)
I just want to know if this works well longterm for amazon buyer accounts as I do not want to be getting linked to the many users on here who may be using the same ip/ VPN service and may be getting them blacklisted
Are amazon able to blacklist these ip addresses in the long run ??
