Nope, they still suspend. You need to wait for phone lines to come up, you can't send them an email like regular accounts can once suspended.. it keeps doing a cycled back to the red box. Only other solution is to contact them on social media, but the scoial media reps are pricks. and it's like a 10% success rate.

It doesn’t not matter. The thing suspending you is automated security bots. It’s not like a real person is flagging your account. That only usually happens when your a big player, making enough sales to draw their attention

my concern with new stealth accounts too - no one is there to verify and reinstate you after the first automated account suspension once you list an item

The bot is going to suspend you and you won't be able to call and reinstate it. eBay support is closed.

There is no live chat in the USA, I know there is for the UK. We only have twitter to contact them.
