recommendations for best vcc or vba?

ok so everytime I buy a vcc from this one dude I go to list on ebay and I ALWAYS get 0/0 selling limit. Can someone please recommend a seller on here that when you buy a vba or vcc from them you at least get 5/500 selling limit? Thanks pals!

brand new about a week old from creation with vcc. I had a vba supplier

VBA and VCC are 2 different things.....Never heard anyone directly correlate any of these 2 things to low limits. I've used the same VCC since I started making Stealths and I've gotten 5/500, 1K/25K, 10/1K, and some accounts with super high limits that didn't even show....I doubt it's the VCC or VBA.
