Seeking Advice, eBay Acct in Good Standing But Suspended from PP

I'm taking over an eBay account in which the eBay account is in good standing, but the company I'm taking it over from has had Paypal suspended at least once if not numerous times in the past.

It's been a few years since I've been in the eBay/Paypal game. Is there any way to link a new Paypal account without Paypal knowing this eBay account already had a Paypal account banned? If so what's the best course of action for getting another Paypal account?

Should I signup with a different LLC? Just signup as normal? Buy a Paypal account?

First of all why take over an account that's already marred?

Some people here have added a new PP to an old eBay in similar situation but it's still a ticking time bomb. You just never know when you'll get the boot on eBay and PP altogether.
