Does ebay know the card number linked to the paypal account ?

Does ebay know the card number linked to the paypal account ?
and if I changed the primary email of paypal with another email , will ebay discover it and the suspend the new account?
because it is hard for me to make a new visa card after every suspension

changing primary email o using a seconday email ,it is still the same Paypal account.
But to your question,does Ebay see the cc you used via Paypal?
I doubt it ,unless it asks Paypal to disclose it.
Even if it sees it without asking Paypal,so what?

I think there might be a PayPal ID associated with each PayPal account. Changing PayPal's email does not change that ID.

I don't think eBay knows the card number linked to the PayPal account. They are different companies now.

yes,there is a Paypay ID for each Paypal account,you can find it in your Paypal account and this is what they use

when we pay via Paypal,we can use Paypal fund,bank account,e check,debit card,credit card,sellers do not know how we pay,I doubt Ebay does or care either.

no i dont think they do..i have a card that ebay has flagged and wont let me use..but it is on a paypal account and i can pay on Ebay if I use that paypal account..i just cant if i try and use that card directly on Ebay.
