10k bank report rule

If i withdraw from the PayPal to my bank account over 10k will the bank report it to the irs

nOT THE IRS,but it would report t o certain govt branch/agnecy

Dose it have effect with the mismatch name what type of agencies

I think it was meant to trace possible money laundering,back then $10k is a lot money,

I would think whatever the name you used t o open the bank account
