Safe age of paypal+ebay account to list 500 items

So, I would like to open new account to sell kids toys/or any merchandise on ebay.
Both paypal/ebay accounts are created using same info and same day.
My products will be safely dropshipped from China.
By safely I mean that I will be using a service to do the sourcing and shipment.

Now the question is, when it would be the safe time to list 100-500 items?

You cant be the only one dropshipping from China,did you check to see how many sellers have already listed your items?

Also right now it is taking close to 60 days for shipments from China due to virus. Unless you buy in quantity and ship DHL>
