Can I skip the step of adding a bank account just adding VCC e.g. from Icard to the paypal account? In this way Money would be sent from PP to the vcc card. What do you think about it ?

Withdraw paypal fund to VCC? I heard it doesn't support. VCC is virtual credit card like a prepaid one. You can withdraw to regular credit card that's from a recognized bank account (linked).
Temporarily you can get your paypal up and running with VCC. But if you would like to withdraw to bank card, you need to add a bank account. That's what I know.
