paypal And IPS

Hey guys I just wanted to know if paypal tracks ips and bans accounts like ebay....

for example... can I log into a new paypal with an ip address which I used on a previous paypal which got limited..... or should I just keep changing them every time I log into my paypal?

You do not need to change to a new IP every time you log in (except dial-up users). As long as you use one new IP, Paypal won't link it to your prior account via the IP filter.

Sounds like you need the Stealth Book.

It's more then ip addresses.. you need to worry about cookies, flash objects and other linking factors like name and address. Give eBay Stealth and shot, if you have any questions send me a pm.
