I just checked and compared my suspension emails from Ebay:

Recently, the title of suspended email from Ebay: your account was suspended.

Months ago, the title was: MC113. (The accounts always can be reinstated after contacting EBAY by uploading documents).

All of my stealth accounts created recently got the option No.1 email. And none of them can be reinstated after contacting EBAY. Ebay told me their decision was final.

The finding can tell you the differnces from EBAY email that why there is no way to appeal recently.

Your stealth accounts get suspended? why? did they linked them to your main account or something?
