Default Shipments from China

Due toe the virus regular shipments that took 15-30 days are taking 60-90 days. DHL is not affected as still 5-6 days, but you need a large order to defray cost. Has sure put a crimp in me restocking slow moving items. If you don't watch it the delivery time with pass and you will be unable to get refund, so I am disputing any that go over the delivery time and will send them money if items FINALLY come in.

Shipping times are a problem. My advice is to only use your trusted suppliers right now. The dispute window has not been adjusted for the current shipping delays and I'll bet a lot of scammers in China are counting on this loophole to rip off people all over the world.
I would never open a chargeback, and just have patience with your trusted sources, as it'll surely burn a bridge that will affect your supply chain in the future.

DHL is doing fine once they pickup shipments but they're still taking a week or more to pickup shipments due to a backlog.

They've also raised their prices so much that I've had to start using UPS instead, and UPS sucks compared to DHL. :(

@Kajunrook lol SMH it looks like we're in the same boat!
@Steveo036940 I've already experienced one china scam seller, i have a high rating on my dhgate account from making so many purchases that they refunded me in 24 hrs.

I'm already taking new measures and asking all my TRUSTED suppliers to ship DHL and FEDex

I was told by my team overseas that UPS currently is faster.
Maybe look into that option

Every item that comes into the USA will go through customs.

Everything is slower this days. And that's normal. Thankfully most of the buyer understand it takes longer now for their items to be delivered.

My UPS shipments have been taking an average of 5-7 days to start showing updates. I have shipments from the 8th (4pcs) and 11th (2pcs) waiting to be picked up.. and another from the 12th (4pcs) which was picked up yesterday.

Shipping directly from mainland China is not an option for me.

I placed an order two weeks ago by sea for the first time. Although I'm certain that my order will arrive sometime in June, just not sure if it'll be here June 2020 or June 2021 from the looks of shipping delays these days.

All shipping coming from China has been taking 1-2 weeks and just recently they said that it'll be delayed even further for a total of 20 days.

It is what it is. Plan ahead now.

I have three large orders in transit right now surface. All made it to the USA in record time(less than three weeks) BUT riots have a hold up in City of Industry. We cant get UPS or Fedex to pickup this past week. It is costing me a fortune in lost income right now.
