Default paypal lazy

how long will it take them to respond. I started a chat on May 22 and they keep saying things like "an agent will contact you in a couple of hours" or "an agent twill contact you within 1 hour". I imagine they are sitting at the office playing computer games and cracking jokes while drinking Red Bull. what gives... this is frustrating!

where were you exactly chatting with them ? have they enabled their chat so people could contact them?

Finally got my answer!:

You can no longer do business with PayPal.
After a review, we decided to permanently limit your account as we found potential risk associated with it. You’ll not be able to conduct any further business using PayPal.

If you have money in your PayPal balance, we’ll hold it for up to 180 days. After that period, we’ll email you with information on how to access your funds.

We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

Backoffice= NEVER good. Always try to restore accounts over the phone. If they say anything about forwarding, hang up. Try again.
