i have a question - How can i open us paypal account for non us resident?
i'm an ebay seller and i need an us paypal account.

it is possible? it is risky ? i would like to here information about it.

You need more than an US IP, you need a phone number and might need an accessible address if you plan to sell something and handle returns, you definitively also need a bank account to withdraw PayPal money...

@empirestate HOW ? I'm in Turkey in October 2019 I founded my company USA LLC. I opened the stripe. I suspended it was my own mistake. I did not dare to open Paypal. I have a USA Mercury bank account, how can I have a paypal account. Any help is appreciated.
