You may use any valid credit card to pay ebay fee.

However to "delete" automatic payment.
Make your existing credit card decline the process either by calling your credit card center, or if its debit card, by leaving it with insufficient credit balance.

Then ebay will sent you reminder, and this time, don't set up automatic payment method.
Go to sitemap and choose, make a single payment.

Hope its helps.

I'm not sure.
Maybe you can use the same trick.
Let your paypal account with insufficient credit.

You just go to your profile and go to preapproved payments or something like that and remove ebay from it.

ebay wont suspend your account for doing that...

if you pay your fees ontime ebay will never take this out your paypal..
if you remove the automatic payment your listings will end if you have your invoice and you havent paid it..

im always late in paying my ebay fees, but i have come up with a plan..

i have linked 2 bank accounts to my paypal..both verified, but 1 is dead now..

ive made that the priortiy 1 the dead 1,so wen ebay charge my invoice it goes straight to that account comes back 2 weeks later by then i have the money to pay..

after you get the invoice its about 11-13 days is wen it goes to your paypal then bank..i send my money to a freind about this time ..and you will get an email sayign bank declined then send your money again as if you have any money in your pp ebay will take it out..

then check your account status if it says ur o them money then stick teh money back in ure pp..u can fuk them about for 2 months after that they will pretty much close it untill you have paid..
