I do have a legit non business EU AZ account. How easy it to register for the USA based one not jeopardizing the current one?

You could use different email address and it wouldn't be linked to the same account. It would be best if yo ucould do it on separate device and with bussines info / different info if possible.

No I meant in a legit way. Doesn't amazon let you to have both in USA and EU in the same time?

Yes you shouldn't have an issue if its your legit information

Ok but my residency is in EU I do not have any permanent address in the USA. If they ask for verification I can only provide my current address and ID in the EU. Will this work or they will want an USA based one with a proper USA address?

Should be fine you can register and get verified with any supported country info

And this won't suspend my current EU account? Read stories where people tried to register an EU account as they already had a USA based one and they linked and banned both of them.

Be careful, when creating accounts with same information. If EU Account gets suspended, The USA Account will follow (if same information).
