Hi there on my one stealth account i have added bank account and credit card and now i notice when i check the credit card on file it says link your card. What does this do thanks

If it is the same as the UK it is an extra layer of verification..... paypal charges your card and you get a expuse number from your statement to input on Paypal.... similar to bank verfication. The amount they debit is then creditied to your PP account.
