different old paypal + different old ebay account linkage

This has been covered here before with either a new paypal linked to an old ebay account OR new ebay with old paypal.

Has anyone here ever tried to link old paypal + different old ebay account?
The names are different obviously on both accounts.

I have these old aged ebay accounts where paypal is perm. banned AND old paypal accounts where ebay accounts are perm. limited. Can I combine the two for a very short term solution? Hate to see these accounts go to waste.

Yes I can create a new paypal for these old Ebay accounts (which has worked for me in the past), but wondering if anyone has had luck in reusing old Paypal accounts with a different name with different aged ebay accounts, and the results?

friend had his paypal account permanently suspended in 2009 .His ebay account was fine but he didnt use it for 10 years untill last month when he decided to start selling again.He opened new paypal account with new email address on his real name and so far didn't have any problems .But paypal asked for Photo ID which was accepted and now the account is running fine.I think paypal keep record on suspended accounts for no more than 10 years or so.
