PayPal just limited my account asking for information I buy my items from thrift stores and garage sales where would I get receipts for that stuff. I uploaded everything else the tracking number my photo ID everything it’s a legit account

Try to upload first all the documents what you have. If they will ask you for invoices or receipts then try to do it by yourself(find in internet copies of online receipt)

I literally had only sold one item on eBay eBay is not even asking for the invoices so they just want that one invoice from the item I sold I’m so confused and I can’t even get in contact with anybody from PayPal because of the damn coronavirus

If they are asking for any type of document your accounts is basically flagged for suspicious activity. They are asking these not to help you FYI.

If I were you I'd start a new back up account right away so you aren't spending as much time on this account and not get stressed out.
