hello, i want to create a bank account for paypal account i followed stealth guide but i have lot of confusion in it so can anyone please tell me i am from india and i want to create bank account for USA Paypal or any other country paypal does it work ? and how can i create it?

You cannot - you need someone to do it for you in the country concerned - a hard task to achieve without getting scammed

To get a US based bank account you must be a US resident. No way around it.
You have other options such as payoneer or transferwise that will offer you a US based bank account with the proper routing numbers but from everything I hear those are problematic at best.

Why do you even need a bank account just transfer the funds in paypal to some money exchange and get it in your bank .
