 SSN Managed PayMents
Senerio:
3 Year old account. 100% Feedback. 300k+ in sales. 6000+ orders. LLC 2 owners. Name on eBay/PayPal, half of wifes first name with her maiden name for the last. Address is good.
My name and previous address is banned, eBay might have my SSN. My wife has only used her SSN on PayPal.
Our good account is selling, no issues, Top rated, 100% everything but we want to get into Managed Payments.
The only info or documents we've ever given eBay for this 3 year old account is at the start of us selling, they wanted to verify our identity with some location based questions ( cars, people you know, etc), we past that easily with the new address, and just recently, we got hit with a copyright claim which was overturned and appealed with a few screenshots of the manufacture invoice with our ebay address on it (no names on the invoice other name the name on the ebay account).
So when trying to setup managed payments, it asks for SSN and DOB. We're not sure how to avoid that, we would really not like to ask a family member for SSN, but if that's what it comes to then okay. Is there any work around with EIN or a way to bypass the SSN and just do the business/bank docs?
ALSO, since our account has been running clean for years and a lot of transactions and sales, would anyone ever think eBay would unban my name from our past account address due to the good tract record? It was an very unfair ban and all eBay glitch and they've never reviewed my info after multiple times of us sending it to them of why we should not be banned.
