Otherwise PayPal would have no way of banning the card numbers associated with my name and not banning the card numbers associated with the family member.
As for filing too many INR claims, I totally hear you: I ordered ten items on eBay in April. Four of them have not arrived yet, and I am reaching the deadline for filing INR claims on them. I don't dare do it, though.
By the way, what happened to all of the other posts you made in this thread? They are gone now.
