Paypal With Shopify

Hey guys,
I have a question.
Does someone know what does it take to have my funds directly available on paypal after someone buy with paypal checkout ? On my main paypal the funds are directly available but I tried to create a new one and funds goes on hold.

Warum up, takes a while. And just saying, dont spend the first amount for at least 1 month. Just recently, I received a $100 payment on a fresh account, waited a week and then spent it on some hosting etc. = limited.
