Default My merchant account is scamming me, advice on doing ACH disputes against them??

My merchant account well after hounding them for months claimed that they would refund some of the stuff where they intentionally made all my transactions as non-qualified for a year. They admitted it was a billing error. But their reps lied and claimed to add it up wrong and said they'd only do about 10% of it refunded. Well next statement came and it turned out that they put the credit as a fee, which is another billing error, but I think it was intentional.

Which is irritating because I planned on quitting them at the end of this month and closing my bank account along with it.

Well I asked my bank some stuff and they say I can dispute their debits. But if I do that, I have to keep my account open and only set it to block debits.

Any advice on how best to dispute them?

And also how can I make sure they won't be able to retaliate by trying to reverse all the desposits that they made?

I'm not sure the best place to ask this, but I generally find knowledgeable people here so I'll ask here.

The only thing you can do is open a dispute with your bank, have them reverse the charges. Other then that get on the phone and hound your merchant account provider.

By the way, who is the merchant account provider?

I asked my bank about it before posting this and they said they'd just open an investigation and the refund wouldn't happen right away. What can I do to ensure that my bank gets me the money back?

No it usually doesn't happen right away.. last one I did took a couple months to get but 90% of the time you'll get it. The sooner you do it the faster you'll get your money back.
