I'm very confused what I'm doing wrong.Can you guys give some idea what actually happened.

This is a catch all suspension notice.
It boils down to the fact that you did something that eBay did not like.

I can not tell you what that was because it is a catch all notice.
That means it can cover anything that they just don't like.

i've noticed when I start listing my internet modem keep dialing
Is it maybe when i create a lisitng my IP were change automatically then ebay noticed 3rd party log in.
