To the best of my knowledge, there isn't a bank that I have heard of that need a specific IP. The only thing I can think of is if a customer pretends to be someone they're not, there'll be problems that could result in being blocked. Quote:

Can someone provide assistance on this too..? | If you're not breaking any rules and you satisfy the bank's requirement to have these accounts, I don't see why you cannot ring these banks to get your money back.
They're the only ones who can help or tell you why you were blocked.
One thing I can tell you is never stealth a bank. Your chances of walking off the victor are really slim.
