Latest info on CC for Paypal

I read through tons of pages and have not seen much info on the paypal debit card.
I got my checking and verified the account with the small deposits. I am looking into ordering a debit card but see they now want a CC to verify to apply for the Paypal debit card.
Any suggestions as to what to use to put in for the debit card verification, it says all I need to do is add a CC.
I didnt want to jump before I asked someone who has done this recently.

Same Question Here. My Pp Account Gets Verified (with New Bank Account , Different Names ), If I Want To Apply For A Paypal Debit Card, I Need To Add A Creditcard, Can I Use A Gift Card In This Case ???
I Can Not Use The Real Credit Card Because The Names Won't Match (for Bank Account, It Does Not Matter)

The last thing I heard on this was gift cards aren't working for Paypal. But I don't see the harm in trying. As long it isn't associated with a suspended eBay or Paypal account. Try it.
