Can't Edit Listings or Add an Item. Am I low-key suspended?
I've been messaging Amazon back and forth for 3 weeks on the issue and they don't seem to have a clue what's going on. When I click "edit" on anything in my inventory, it takes me to a screen that says, " an error occurred when we tried to process your request we apologize for the inconvenience rest assured that we are working to resolve the problem as soon as possible please try again or later time".
I get the same message anytime I try to list a new item as well. They keep telling me that the problem is fixed, but it is not. I can change the quantity and the price from my inventory page, but other than that I cannot edit or list items. anyone dealt with this before?
