History:
I use to buy and sell a bit on ebay sporadically just casually for myself never anything professionally or to make a steady income.
I attempted to open a new ebay and paypal account last week for selling some things on ebay to make some money.
---------------------------------------------------------------------
I sell 2 items and then a while later get this email:
You can no longer do business with PayPal
After a review, we decided to permanently limit your account as we found potential risk associated with it. You’ll not be able to conduct any further business using PayPal.
If you have money in your PayPal balance, we’ll hold it for up to 180 days. After that period, we’ll email you with information on how to access your funds.
We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

1st question Is this normally done for new ebay and paypal accounts?
Second, take your pick as to what I did wrong:
-My paypal account was broken several years ago for buying paypal cash and loading up my accounts and then buying bitcoin with it.
-I dropshipped from amazon on ebay a few times before that.
-I created another paypal account besides just one.
Take your pick
My reason for posting is this:
What do you guys think if someone else in my household opens a paypal and ebay account on a separate laptop under their name? Would this be okay and paypal and ebay can't do anything about this? It would start to cross some legalities I would think for them to blacklist someone in the same house as well wouldnt it? I am not going to re list the items word for word from the other I plan on actually taking different pictures and using slightly different descriptions and titles if I do this. And I also asked if the limited thing is done to any new accounts as well? What do you guys think?
