DE account limited???

hello,every one
i use a de ebay account and have not added DE VAT.
so the de selling rights has been removed.
i forget to pay the ebay fees then the VCC on ebay was removed.
i have tried to add VCC again(5 diffirence card) and it was failed...
is there any body know how to do?

For paying ebay fees, you can just use the paypal account linked to that ebay account. Or get a new VCC to pay for the ebay fees. Either works fine.

Did you switch your account from private to business? You have to add valid VAT and upload the certificate .

it was registered as business but not a company.
where can i get the valid vat and certificate.

As I said before, German accounts were useless.

For the stealth accounts, forget the VAT or certificate.
