 PayPal VCC Plugin & Revealed Info
I have 2 questions (related).
1st. Does anyone know if I use a Paypal Plugin VCC what information is transferred to the seller (recipient of money)? Specifically I need to know if the personal name on the Paypal account is reflected or just the card # and CCV.
2nd. Since the "PayPal sweep" is dead I had come up with a solution (for myself) that may or may not be used already. I'm sure I'm not the first.
I want to attach "stores" to each PP account and instead of transferring money to another PP acct, I'd use the VCC to "Buy" something from that PP acct's "store". Products could range across the spectrum and be wildly over-priced to deter actaul sales.
So to get $$ from PP acct #1 to PP acct #5, I'd just buy a $200 ebook.
The bottom line is at what point is it safe for the $$ to end up in a PayPal account I can withdraw from?
