Paypal Shipping Address

I have two stealth accounts (e-bay/paypal combos) both about 3 months old. Did selling on one and no problems and have a 5 feedback. On both PAYPAL accounts, can I add a POB for shipping purposes. So if I purchase something it would go to my POB. Would I need to add it to ebay too? Thanks.

just open another acount for buying. use the pob as the addy

And you can also just tell them you want the item shipped to a different adress, I have buyers do that to me all the time.
