Angry Paypal has PERMANENTLY limited my account and REFUSES to reply to emails or calls

Paypal has PERMANENTLY limited my account and frozen my funds for 180 days claiming that my " seller's account" (I have a personal account) has violated policy, potentially risky activity, fraud, etc. I've called pretty much EVERYDAY for the past week and a half to 2 weeks since its happened and haven't been able to speak to anyone! The automated system hangs up on me everytime. I've written COUNTLESS emails and continue to receive automated messages or none at all. What should I do? Whom can I contact ( phone numbers and emails) to get this situation rectified?

So I have experienced the same thing from Pay pal except i do not own a business but i have a male friend who i gave him access to both of my pay pal accounts amd ever since i started having issues with my pay pal accounts he wants to deny an involvement with what is going on with my pay pal accounts but they have permentaly limited both of accounts when both of my accounts are for personal use and i do not own a business at all and so when pay pal was asking me questions about sending them information about selling and buying products and items and shipping products and items and i could not give them any info because i do not own a business they permentaly limited my account and they wanted to say potentially risk activity
There is money in one of the accounts that is on 180 day hold and i do not understand why. I call can not get any one to answer the phone. It is usually a automated system that tells you to go to the help center but that is not helpful at all and so i do not know what to do my self. I am deeply troubled by this because i do not own a business and i do not know why they would think i owned a business when i do not. I gave them the necessary info for them like they asked. I do not get it.

180 day suspension - not much to do but wait now

It is your own fault to let someone use your Paypal account,learn your lesson.
wait 180 days and withdraw whatever fund left to your bank account or ask a check to be mailed t o your address.
within that 180 days,if your friend has any dispute and chargebacks and lost,the disputed amount would be refunded to the buyer,and there could be a $20 chargeback fee if he lost the chargeback case
