Ebay.de doesn't recognize PayPal address

Hi,

for more than a week Ebay.de doesn't recognize and accept any of my PayPal addresses. Old PayPals that were used on another account before are accepted but none of the newer, fresh PayPals.

Whenever I try to list an item, following error pops up: Looks like there isn't an active PayPal account for the email address you entered

E-mail is verified, phone number is verified, even PayPals with attached and verified CC aren't accepted. I tried deleting the cache, cookies, tried it with SEVERAL devices but the error remains. It is not only one account but EVERY SINGLE ONE of the freshly created ones.

Does someone else have the same problem? What the **** is going on with eBay?

Did you try to deactivate immediate payment requirement for the listing?

Yes, it is deactivated but it still doesn't work. So weird.

Its not only for ".de". I tried to test on all sites and it is same everywhere. But not the first time actually. Sad thing- it used to take up to month until they fix that.
